Very popular, great location
The centre is family run, the space is good value for money and Graham is a really nice bloke. It's a very popular place as they are always running at high occupancy levels. Location is a definite plus, the centre is based just off the A206 close to the M25 and a short walk from Slade Green train station.
The family run a technology company and bought the whole site to use as office and warehouse space, and they also have serviced apartments and shop fronts on the books. The site offers a good combination of office and warehouse space, especially with another new project they are working on - involving the renovation of a 1960s property in central Dartford into luxury offices.
