After visiting a well known office to let in the local area, we were not sure what to expect from a licenced unit. We found that the units here were very attractive, both aesthetically and facilities-wise and that, coupled with the minimal time commitment and control of our own utilities were the deal clinchers really.
We decided to take a small unit (with our own front door) and moved in approx 2 months after first viewing. The hassle of having to get our own phone lines and furniture was a small price to pay for the freedom not to be tied in for a long lease.
The alternatives had so many add-on costs for stuff that should really be included as standard (like parking & phone/bband) and the end cost for a tiny box room was as high as having a whole unit to ourselves here at Brighton Road.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this site. The rest is up to you!

Needspace? tour
I was very impressed with this office. I must admit from the pictures the offices looked a bit dark but when I viewed them they were lovely and light and they are really nicely arranged with a courtyard in the middle. The offices were quiet and clean and only a short walk into town or the train station
Best thing about this office: Lovely surroundings, Quiet, very clean, Close to town and station
Worst thing about this office: The office we viewed was going to be converted from a 10 person office into two 2 people and a 3 people office, which was a bit hard to visualise
