Very high quality space
This business centre is ideally located right next to the train station and is very central in Guildford. Features include private car parking, high security, new fittings and office space that is adaptable to requirements.
All the offices are external and home to many large gaming/web companies. This is what I'd call quality office space; it's accessible, secure and run by a highly competent manager who has been there for 10 years. Needless to say, the retention rate is very high!
