Cheapside office is well presented
This office in Cheapside is in a part of the City which is displaying itself very well, particularly when compared to other nearby areas drowning in building and roadworks. There are plenty of amenities nearby and coffeeholics and shopaholics are well served. The office space is well presented and offers plenty of natural light and space. I was impressed with the foyer and greeting and the reception and receptionist when I visited - all very important when considering serviced office space as we are reliant on others to give our clients a great experience. The office facilities are well presented and entirely adequate. The only view is across the road to an adjacent office but for a location this central it is unrealistic to expect much else. The space I was shown had some flexibility although it appeared likely that in order to grow within the building it would be necessary to take additional offices, subject of course to availability. The public meeting space which is offered for 4 hours a week as part of the agreement can be one room or divided into two. The capacity is sub-20 meaning off-site space may well be a likely requirement which of course adds to outgoings. The overall impression however is positive.
Best thing about this office: Crisp, clean space with great natural light from floor to ceiling windows
Worst thing about this office: Frosted glass panels from hallway into office means the untidyness of others impacts on the public space

Outstanding quality
As part of our business growth strategy we needed to establish a London office. Service offices were the obvious choice and we viewed quite a number. The experience we had with Business Environment was excellent and the quality of offices outstanding. Even for a brand new office the quality of the Cheapside offices are remarkable. The fittings etc. are very high quality and go to create a prestigious environment. Add to this the quality of service and attention to detail of Business Environment staff and the whole process becomes very easy indeed. Nothing has been too much trouble for them and I really can't think of anything I wish had been handled better. If you want a great environment, in a great location where you will be truly looked after I have come across nothing and no-one better.

Cheapside
Now that the paperwork is all out of the way, I would just like to say how much we are looking forward to moving into Cheapside. I really believe that working in this environment will significantly re-energise the team here. It's also an office that we are sure will impress our clients and business partners. I am very confident that BE will be able to meet all of our needs in terms of IT and admin. If the BE staff continue to perform in the professional, honest and friendly manner that I have experienced in my dealings so far, then I am sure it will turn out to be the best office move we have made.
