We had some trouble finding the site at first as it is tucked away in a corner of the close. Could do with a good location position on maps.
Met CIndy who showed us around the site. She was very knowledgeable on the whole operation and offered advice on most things.
The units are bare concrete and breeze-block and it is up to the occupier to provide all services, carpets and fittings; though at the cost of the unit license this is to be expected. However, there are restrictions on electricity provision - they use EON and Cindy said it can prove a problem obtaining deposit back at the end of the tenancy if the provider is changed from that. This may be OK if the deal with them is good.
The unit sizes we were shown would certainly fulfill our needs but the set up needed would probably mean we would have to spend quite some time getting it for for purpose, or employ a Project Manager to do it.
We will not be looking for occupancy until May/June time so this may mean there would be no unit available at the time.
