The centre is in Shardlow, about five minutes from the M1 junction 24, and has ready access to the cities of Nottingham, Derby and Leicester. It is just off the new A50, so travel to the West is straightforward too. East Midlands Airport is 3 miles away. The Centre stands in the Shardlow Conservation Area and overlooks the canal Basin there.

We are in our 16th year at Shardlow Business Centre!
We are in our 16th year of tenancy and we are still not the longest term tenant here!!
Having been given the responsibility to relocate our regional office which at the time was located in Derby, I viewed Shardlow Business Centre and knew straight away it would suit my team very well indeed. Location wise it worked extremely well being very accessible for clients and staff members travelling from Derby, Nottingham and Leicester and also being very handy for people travelling in on the M1.
The Shardlow Business Centre offers competitive rates, some of the best in the area, together with a wide range of different sized offices, free meeting room facilities, free parking and relaxed and quiet surroundings which is set on the canal side away from main roads with minimal disturbances.
JDC are extremely happy with the Shardlow Business Centre and have no hesitation in recommending them.
