Excellent but pricy
The building and the location are prime. Yet one needs to consider that the area of the East Midlands in not in an economic boom, quite the oposite is true. While an incentive was given to sign a lease immediately, the base rent and the telephone and internet connection charge are very high. A renter would face a very large increase after 12 months, if s/he decides to stay on.

Prestigious centre with good access
A prestigious business centre with easy access to major routes including the M1, A50 and A38.
It's an impressive building and they have numerous high-profile clients on the business park such as Ferrari, Benetton and McLaren. Facilities are all of a high standard including meeting rooms and loads of on-site parking, also they have a good business lounge with internet connection.
