Business Centre & Staff
We have found the team at Castle Court to be very friendly and helpful at all times. Nothing is too much trouble and they always do their best to accommodate our requests as soon as they are able. They work very hard to bring all customers of Castle Court and Temple Court together for special events through the year, and this is very important as it makes us feel more than just tenants. Castle Court is a very good work environment, set in a prestigious location.

The Business Centre & Staff
The staff here are always willing to help in any way possible. Moving in and signing for the office couldn’t have been quicker or simpler and modifications to the office were carried out without any trouble whatsoever! Every step of the process was very smooth and we were in our new office before we knew it.
The high quality services that we provide to our clientele means that standards have to be, and are maintained very high and Office Space Cardiff manage to exceed expectations every time.

The Business Centre
Since my employment at Castle Court I have always found each receptionist to be very friendly, approachable and extremely helpful and the reception area is always clean, neat and tidy. We are always notified immediately of any mail or parcels that have been delivered for us, to be collected at our convenience. The receptionists also take our phone calls if our lines are engaged or we are out of the office, and then e-mail us the callers details and any additional information, which is extremely helpful to us.
The kitchen supplies (tea, coffee etc) are always plentiful and again the area is kept clean and tidy. Also the toilets are always clean.
In general, I find Castle Court a very bright and happy environment and am sure that any of our visitors would have the same opinion.

Office Space, Service & Staff
We have been here for about a year now and during that time the centre has addressed ALL our office needs, enabling us to concentrate in running our business. We have continued to expand and every time they have been there to accommodate fully our requirements and promptly. In simple terms they do all they say they will; moreover, with competent staff, responsive timescales and with a smile. We have been very satisfied.

Staff & Office Space
Castle Court is a relaxed and professional office space with help always at hand to ensure our business runs as smoothly as possible. Reception staff are great- friendly, helpful and positive. They even bring our mail directly to us on a daily basis! (Thanks!) A great place to work.

Office Space
When we were looking for a new office space for our company, we wanted somewhere that would ensure we presented the right image to clients. We selected Castle Court as it ticked all of the boxes and provided a lot more than your typical "office space" with the reception and support services. Even before moving in, the team went beyond the call of duty and have exceeded our expactations in terms of supporting our business. Today, they have become a key part of our team in helping us to deliver an exceptional service to our clients, with nothing too much trouble or hassle to ensure our business is a success. I would have no hesitation in recommending Tracey, her team and the facilities at Castle Court. Their support and role in our business has been invaluable.
