Business Centre Review

I have been resident at the Business Centre for the previous 18 months and have received nothing but the very best in service. The Business Centre provides an excellent venue for any business, and raises the standard for the whole service office industry.

The management team at the centre provide a first class service, taking care of all their clients in a caring & professional manner. Reception is a very welcoming area and Lynn on the main desk is an asset to the centre, greeting all our clients and guests in a friendly and courteous way. Our telephone is answered by reception quickly, and is passed to the correct person instantly upon acceptance. Our office is kept spotless by Rose, the office cleaner, and all communal areas are clean and inviting.

My staff used the gym facilities on a regular basis, taking full advantage of this cost inclusive facility. The gym is fully equipped with the best equipment and the showers and changing rooms are cleaned on a regular basis. Conference and meeting rooms are available at a minimal cost, with break-out areas and smaller meeting points provided as part of our rent.

I would like to thank James and his team for providing me and my company with a high level of service throughout the previous 18 months. I will continue to hire rooms at the Business Centre for my training business and look forward to meeting up with James and his staff on these occasions.
