The Business Centre & Staff
We have been based at Temple Court over seventeen years and have always found the staff and the facilities to be excellent with service levels always flexed well to our needs. The management team based at Cardiff have really stepped up to respond to required changes in our services over the last eighteen months and have kept their focus on making sure that our flexible office solution works well for our clients we support. The team are always helpful and have built up a great sustainable working relationship with Penna.

The Business Centre, Staff & Service
My company ID Management Systems has been renting offices here for 16 years. Since starting the company the support and service from the Centre has been excellent. The staff are always accommodating and helpful and growing the business has been easy with additional offices coming online within days.
We would recommend this centre to any potential customer as a relaxed but professional environment to provide a good service and support to your customers.

As a business occupier of Temple Court for over 2 years I have always found the team and facilities to be exceptional.
The location is conveniently based within 2 mins of the City Centre and provides easy access to the business and entertainment centre.
The premises afford a professional first impression to our clients and this is maintained by the initial welcome by The Office Space team. All of the public areas are immaculate and help facilitate the professional environment that is crucial to our business.

Training Venue

Office Space
We have recently moved into Temple Court and Tracey and her staff have made us feel welcome. The move has gone smoothly thanks to their support and flexibility on dates and set up of the office. Tracey went above the call of duty and helped us source our computers and printer, which was such help since we are new to Wales. l recommend their services.

Office Rental
When considering our office move, Saurus looked at many potential offices in and around Cardiff area. What struck us most about Temple Court was not only the fabulous building, superb location and quality decor but the warm and welcoming attitude of the staff.
Having been at Temple Court for nearly 12 months now, l am more convinced than ever that we made the right move. Our clients are always extremely impressed by our offices and our employees are delighted to be working in such a warm and friendly environment.

Meeting Room Hire
I was very satisfied with the service provided. I have hired meeting rooms at both Temple Court and Castle Court and each time have been greeted by a warm welcome. All the personnel that l have encountered have been friendly, very accommodating and provide a good standard of service. All meeting rooms l have used have been clean, bright and comfortable and have sufficiently met the needs of the meeting space bookings.

In common with many firms we found ourselves suffering under the pressures of continuing economic uncertainty, increasing customer expectations and the need to change our office footprint, but without resorting to long-term leases or other expensive finance arrangements. Our existing office suite (we'd been there for 25 years plus!) was getting tired and was in need of major refurbishment, but recent changes in traffic access to the central area of Cardiff had made us realise that we were now in the wrong place as well.
We trawled the market extensively before looking at a range of premises across the spectrum of quality and affordability. Our criteria included the obvious things like location, appearance, price, layout, but we also needed to be confident that we could find a shared ethos for professionalism and customer service.
Tracey's team in Cathedral Road ticked all the boxes, which made the final decision very easy to make. The process in was also a doddle, thanks largely to the "can do" attitude of Tracey and her staff, and we managed the whole transfer with only a single day's down-time.
We would have no hesitation in recommending Tracey and her organization to anyone looking for flexible, affordable, high-quality office space in Cardiff.
