5mins from Liverpool Street
1880's converted spice mill. It has a quirky, community feel to it, like a village within the City. It's corporate and professional but not too stuffy.
In terms of space, there are 3-man offices, then 6, and upwards to 35 workstations. It has secure parking with CCTV, bike stands, showers, and a Fitness First gym with discounted memberships available.
It's 5mins walk from Liverpool Street station. Bars, restaurants and newsagents all located under the atrium roof. You can hire the atrium for corporate events: they have a mini golf course set up and pool tables. The offices face into the atrium, and the back offices up to the 5th floor overlook the police station.
