Quiet location

A character mill building in a rural spot next to a canal, accessible via a quiet single-track lane with no traffic and nice views!

It's a purpose-built centre and they offer a flexible approach, the space would probably appeal to creative companies and they can also get D1 usage easily. There is plenty of free car parking and fast broadband with dedicated server rooms, they also do all-inclusive packages with IT/telecoms.
