nice place to rent, nice landlord to meet
Space: different size. The building with 710sqft, great for small business, some offices at back of this building also very competitive. Price: water rate and business rate inc. Very easy to calculate the rent and electricity you have used, no mass bill to you. People: Nice management team. Fast reply to every question. Good site management. Flat open space for parking, clean site. I recommed this site to businesses.
