First rate
With everything that moving entails, the convenience of coming into a ready set up office meant that we were up and running in no time. The business community onsite has given us an immediate network which is invaluable and the facilities are first rate. The Fasset onsite team have been really helpful and the space we have let gives us scope to expand should our business head in that direction.

Business Park review
Caswell was the clear front runner in our search as it is a business centre with a real commercial buzz. Whilst our company is new, our experience in recruitment and business consultancy is considerable and this is the perfect environment to grow our business at a pace. Clients are impressed when they arrive at the Grade II listed building and rather grand surroundings. They can enjoy an informal coffee in the restaurant or more formal meeting in the office and there is no battle with commuter or town traffic and no astronomical parking charges.

Friendly community of small businesses in hi-tech parkland
Caswell House is a country house converted to fully-serviced offices in a range of sizes. Tenants benefit from beautiful private parklands and lake, and from a subsidised restaurant shared with other tenants of the park.
All services are arranged by the Fasset management, from phones and internet to post, furniture and goods-in, giving new tenants an easy and hassle-free arrival.
The Fasset team are very friendly and also well-organised. Any maintenance requests are quickly dealt with, and a formal induction procedure ensures tenants are familiar with facilities and also health & safety procedures.
Finally, the other tenants are friendly and welcoming - there's even occasional tea parties to help networking.

Fits the bill perfectly
I was previously working from home 12 miles away but required a serviced office presence. Caswell fits the bill perfectly. It feels a lot more special than other serviced offices I've seen, which can often seem impersonal. The attraction here is the country house setting, lawns and the surrounding countryside, along with the range of facilities. The level of on-site security is reassuring, and it's great that there is ample free parking and highly competitive office costs.

Office review
I wanted a shorter commute from home and an internet search came up with Caswell Science & Technology Park – a site visit confirmed our view that this campus-style business hub was the ideal location to base the company. The facilities are first-class, as are the sweeping views of the surrounding countryside. Another plus is the fixed fee, with everything included, which means you know where you stand each month for budgetary purposes.

What an Incredible site!!! everyone on the Fasset team is incredibly helpful! great service and fast to fix any problems. We have fantastic offices in a private wing as well as use of all the oter services on site. after searching through hundreds and hundreds of office listings i finally found a gem!
