Very happy
We've always been happy having our office serviced by the team here, they are one of the main reasons why we haven't moved. The girls are always on hand to help, whether it's just answering calls with excellent telephone manner, or doing our office stationary orders for us.
We don't have our own secretaries so they help a great deal with our day to day running of the office which enables us to concentrate purely on our business. IT and telephone support is excellent and right down to the small things such as borrowing phone chargers, nothing is too much hassle for Raquel and her team.
The organisation of the monthly breakfast meetings is also another great thing they do. It's enabled us to meet some of our neighbours who we would never get to speak with due to busy work schedules and is a refreshing way to start a Friday.

Very well looked after
The entire team here have seamlessly integrated with our business and enabled us to operate our business unhindered by the trivia involved in operating an office - one of the foundation principles of the serviced office/business centre industry.
Our calls and messages are taken and delivered promptly and professionally, and the team in that respect are indistinguishable from our own employees to our customers.
We have been granted the unusual priviledge of installing our own dark fibre based internet connectivity to our own infrastructure in order to run our business most effectively. This was discussed and agreed in principle in a matter of minutes and we were assisted by the team in organising the finer details of access through the building to the communications room.
Not satisfied with merely providing the services they are contracted for, the team here actively 'matchmake' and promote our business to other - and especially new - tenants in the building when they have IT and internet related requirements and problems with which we would be able to assist, directly leading to a number of sales and increased revenue for us on an ongoing basis - something which has happened on a number of occasions in this past quarter alone.
Our superb relationship with the team means we often enjoy lunch together or the occasional beer after work as they're a thoroughly personable and hardworking bunch who look after us all very well.

Office review
This is a fantastic business centre that offers our company neat offices, excellent facilities and superior services. Knowing that we can always rely on them helps us to keep our business running effectively and efficiently.
The staff are always on call to ensure that we get meeting rooms at (often) short notice that are neat, well-equipped and professionally appealing for our clients and customers. Our offices are cleaned daily, and the facilities are all well presented which we appreciate as many of our meetings take place here.
They provide us with assistance when we experience technical problems and it is always handy to know that there is a technical expert downstairs in case something acts up. Besides this, they also keep detailed records of transactions such as post sent out (which we use daily) and can always be relied upon to deliver accurate information in a timely manner if required to do so.
Furthermore, we've moved our offices four times within the building in the last 2 years 9 months and the staff here have always been exceptionally accommodating and helpful in helping us to do this quickly and efficiently. We appreciate that they're also very understanding about the circumstances that facilitate our offices and it's also great that they're available to help set up our printers and network as well!
One of the best things about holding our offices here is the friendly environment which is engendered through monthly professional get-togethers such as breakfasts or teas which encourage interaction between the numerous businesses who work in the same building. We have made some excellent contacts whom you would otherwise not meet, despite working in the same building!
