Happy tenant
Great location, facilities and management. Reception staff are very helpful, friendly and always prepared to go the extra mile. We have been here for over five years so have seen quite a few changes - all good! Light, airy office space with smart entrance, reception and meeting rooms. Communal facilities kept clean and well presented. As we are frequently away from the office, it is important for us to have calls answered by a person, not an answerphone, so this service provided by Ceteris is a key benefit for us. We were impressed with the efficiency of the snow clearing and salting team during the winter months in keeping the car park and pavements clear. Thank you!

Review
a great place to work, plenty of natural light available in our office, and a great view where we can watch the seasons change (when we are not working that is!). Easy for visiting clients to find and to park at, great meeting/conference facilities and wonderful reception staff.
Best thing about this office: Natural light in office, access, parking facilities, reception staff.
Worst thing about this office: nothing

Springfield House
A lovely modern building located off main road and within walking distance of Stirling Town centre. Very pleasant and helpful reception staff who accommodate our business needs. Well maintained and clean kitchen facilities. We have no concerns when bringing customers or senior management to this office location.

Wonderful reception staff
Joan and Isabel can't do enough for you - they are always very helpful. The offices and communal areas are light,airy and clean. The town centre is only a 10 minute walk away. Car parking at Springfield House is very good. The use of meeting rooms is very useful. A lovely environment to work in!

Parking
Well maintained high spec offices with friendly staff always willing to help. Takes the hassle away from running your own office as everything is catered for in terms of lighting, heating, maintenance, cleaning.

Joan and Isobel top team receptionists.
I have been based here for a number of years and Joan and Isobel have looked after us well on reception.The managemnt team are very helpfull to any changes in our business.The building is in a great location offering clean and friendly services.We work remote/abroud and the systems and technology in place keep us upto date with any developments.A coms room is provided all be it could be larger.Always clean and freshly painted on a regular basis.First class kithen,free meeting rooms and nice coffee,Outside gardens looked after well and they even have salt machines for a very large car park.If Image is important then bringing clients to you office is a dream and staff have a nice place to work.

Excellent service staff team
Fantastic friendly & helpful reception, facilities & management staff. Free use of meeting rooms. Very smart look to the building. Plenty of parking. 10-15 min walk from town centre.
