The office location was good, offices presentable, terms fair at a fair market cost and the lady showing us around was commendable. Overall, positive.

Flexible space
The size of this centre is quite deceptive - it's like a tardis! There is a lot of space available and they are happy to configure the space to the client's requirements. They're really flexible and the price is a definite plus point.
The building is a good 10-15 minutes' walk from the centre of Wokingham but they have ample car parking which makes up for it, as parking is generally limited and quite expensive in the town centre.
