5 star service

We initially made an informal enquiry to find out more information on the facilities here in Bury earlier this year. We were then, in a very pro-active manner, invited to come down to view the premises on offer at the business centre.

We were delighted to be presented with clean, functional, centrally located offices with a wide range of facilities. Gaynor very carefully listened to exactly what it was we required as to suitable serviced office accommodation including 24 hour access, a professional working environment, suitable meeting rooms, parking and kitchen facilities with an efficient reception to represent the professional approach we were looking for.

Indeed we were offered just that within the budget we set out from the start, also giving us the opportunity to grow within the facilities/ space offered when and if it became necessary.

Not wanting to waste any time looking at any other offices available, we moved in asap.

Since then everything has run like clockwork from the point of view of Gaynor and her team. All visitors have noted the friendly efficient environment in which we are now part of compared to the dull offices from which we recently departed. I have personally recommended the offices to 4 other local companies that I know are looking in the near future for alternative offices. It just goes to show how good service can go such a long way and is such an integral part of any sized business even in this economy.

I therefore would HIGHLY recommend Gaynor and her team as an asset to any business (except all competition within my industry!!)

Lastly may I add that Gaynor and the team are an asset to the Landlord in which I hope they are rewarded accordingly. If I were to open serviced offices in Bury or any other location I would HAVE to have them on board!!

Very impressed

We have recently completed moving our business here from another business centre in Bury where we had to relocate because of some bad experiences. Our move was very smooth with no problems at all, which was mainly dealt with by Gaynor Stanley. Gaynor was always very quick to respond to queries which we had and nothing was too much trouble!

We all were very impressed throughout our first month of being at Lester House, with the professionalism and integrity of the team, and in particular Gaynor Stanley and Elana Solomon.

Just this morning Elana took a phone call for me as I was on a phone call myself, because the phone call was very important she emailed me about the call and then later she phoned me to remind me about it, which I thought was absolutely fantastic!

Our clients that come to Lester House are always very impressed with the look of the building because it is very modern and stylish, which obviously looks good on our behalf. They have a board room which has everything we need to hold our meetings and a relaxing area within the reception where we can go to relax for a few minutes and watch TV.

We have been extremely grateful for their professionalism, customer focus and most of all they have consistently made us feel our custom is valued and that nothing is too much trouble, we simply cannot praise them highly enough.

This has been by far our most positive experience of dealing with a business centre and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lester House.
