    Safe, Secure, Clean. It's got it all

    My business has occupied an office at this location for a number of years, and we would not even dream of moving. The standard of cleanliness in the common parts, including WCs and kitchen area is outstanding; the co-renters are all very cooperative and pleasant, with a community spirit. The main town centre is only a ten minute walk away, and you can be on the A12/A127/M25 in just a matter of minutes by car. Security is high on the agenda for the owners and they regularly ensure their systems are totally operational. It would be a challenge to come up with a reason not to rent office space here.

    Best thing about this office: All amenities included. No need to worry about utility bills.

    Worst thing about this office: Difficult to think of anything! It's pretty good here.

    Excellent Office Space

    This is a brand new office and in sparkling condition. Excellent security facilities and a very comfortable work space. All fixtures as modern as possible. Very good cost considering everything is included except your phone calls. One of the owners, Andy, showed me around and was completely open and honest about everything. Would be a pleasure to do business with.

    Worst thing about this office: If only it could be in Upminster!
