I am about to complete 4 yers in IT industry. I am average in terms of talent, Very less talkative person and getting easily frustrated because of wrong or politics in office.

Because of this my seniors or same level commigues like to dominate me a lot but I never respond to them. Till now whatever the companies I went all the people like to call me with my sirname which making me too much frustrated and they know that, so they do it more frequently.

My behavious is not like to respond to those such dominating things. But not it is too much to handle. I don know where should I go. Even if I change the company it will never change there also (I know that).

Please help me how do I act in office?
