Viewing
I met with someone quite friendly who showed me around. The place is what I was expecting, quite simple however it is reflected in the price, so no big surprise there. I will definitely consider taking some space there later.

Oops
First impression - not much parking Entered building - cold, unwelcoming, dated. Enetered offices - very dirty and badly maintained, windows broken Left offices - uninspired to sat the least. lots of potential but I wouldn't commit to anything where there has been no effort to make the pace attractive to potential tenants
Best thing about this office: Lots of space
Worst thing about this office: Filthy
