A real charmer!
This is the best place for flexibility of space. If you need to move to a larger or smaller space then this can be made possible depending on what units are available. It has free parking and a great ambience to the building. Being situated in an old Railway building, it has several original features and this adds to the real charm of the place.It is great to have a supportive person on site managing the centre who helps us when we need help.

Fantastic
Fantastic facility. Well appointed and maintained. Great location for us as it's walking distance from the city centre.

Office Review
We were well received and viewed a number of offices including all amenities etc. Overall very good however the offices shown did not fully meet our requirements

Like something off Grand Designs!
This is a really beautiful centre, it's an old train station which has been fully converted into office space. The fit-out is modern and contemporary but shows off the original features, like something off Grand Designs.
The centre covers three floors with a nice balcony running along the hallway on the first and second floors. There are high ceilings and it feels very spacious throughout. The space comes in various shapes and sizes, one room is about 1000 sq ft and has been kitted out with fibre optic cabling. The communal lounge areas are really nice and all the facilities are top notch including kitchens, break-out areas, reception and meeting space. They have plenty of parking at the rear of the building and another car park at the front for visitors. The Centre Manager is friendly and very knowledgeable.
