Lots of space, corporate feel

The building is pretty unmissable due to the location - slap bang in the middle of Temple Row, and being above/alongside Lloyds Bank.

From the outside I thought the building was a little tired. But inside was a different story, the offices were great, not high-densed at all, they seemed to have a lot of space to play with in terms of corridors, kitchens, reception etc. It had more of a corporate feel. In the business centre and on the other floors of the building there were a lot of firms in the law industry.

Parking can be an issue as with other buildings in the area, however they have day passes which are cheaper than the NCP over the road, or they do monthly tickets at a discounted rate.

The building itself is really easy to get to - it's a short walk from Snowhill, straight through the arcade opposite the station exit. Hard to resist all the coffee shops on the way though! Inside there is a main reception on ground floor, and another reception on the first floor for the business centre. The staff are very friendly and helpful, everything is well sign-posted and easy to find. The offices are well presented with plenty of space and modern furniture, I tried the internet connection which was fast and reliable. There are meeting rooms and several break-out areas, and the centre is clean and well-organised. Being in the city centre is great - everything is on your doorstep, and just a quick 5 minutes' walk to the station. Overall a lovely centre, great location, excellent staff.
