Brilliant
The Alloa Business centre is modern and clean, it's a great place to work from and the reception staff are friendly and helpful. It has great facilities including a gym.

ABC
The staff on reception are friendly and approachable at all times, nothing is too much bother. The other Ceteris staff are also helpful and friendly. Loads of parking and easy access to the office.

ABC for me
I used to be in the business centre before and moved to another landlord, but that was a mistake and I'm back. The reception staff are always welcoming. No problems getting deliveries and taking phone calls. The place itself always has loads of parking. The offices and reception is always clean. The staff are always polite. The meeting rooms are also great adn help make the business look professional. All in all a good place to be.

Pleasant, affordable office accomadation
This is a super place to work it is clean and bright. The staff are superb, nothing is too much trouble for them, they are very helpful and pleasant at all times. The services available are excellent making our wokload easier.

Alloa Business Centre
Alloa Business Centre is a fantastic work space. You could be a sole trader renting office space yet feel that you have the support and back-up of a great workforce, such is the service level. There can be no disputing the fact that ABC is a great facility but the people make it special.

Simply Perfect
Being in the construction industry I don't keep normal 9-5 hours. I love the flexibility of coming and going and the ceteris staff are really helpful, they provide personalised call answering which is a fantastic service and are always willing to help out. Great thanks to the cleaning staff who deal with my mucky boots!

Great building for starter businesses!
We previously had our office at home and made the decision to rent an office at Alloa Business Centre. This was the best move we could possibly have made. The staff were very helpful and ensured all our requirements were met. The main features of Alloa Business Centre are: 1. Low cost, high quality business space 2. Excellent reception staff and services 3. Meeting room areas 4. Good kitchen facilities 5. All-in-one price which helps a small business to budget The Psychologists Protection Society and Delph Creative have been at ABC for almost two years and we have moved offices several times in this period. ABC is the perfect place for a growing business, as you can easily increase your office space if required.

Alloa Business Centre Simply the Best
Great office accommodation with shared kitchen facility for each level. Toilets on all floors. All the staff and cleaners are very helpful and friendly. All our needs are met under one roof.
Best thing about this office: location, friendly staff
Worst thing about this office: No air conditioning and blinds not good enough to keep out the glare of the sun from the computer screens, have changed some blinds ourselves to accommodate this. Not great when opening windows as the blinds fall down.

Our office is bright and spacious. Networking in the building is very good. The business centre overall is very good, with good meeting rooms, efficient reception and staff very pleasant.

ABC for yourself
Having been in the Business Centre since 2003, there is no-where else that is comparable in terms of personnel, costs and facilities. I've visited other Business Centres within the central belt and ABC is by far the best. However don't take my word on it. Visit the business centre and c for yourself.

ABC it works for me!!
Offices are in a great location, handy for motorways, rail and bus links. The reception staff are friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them. The building is clean, tidy loads of parking space and there's a gym on site. Superb!

Gave our business credibility
Upon moving to ABC we have been given access to major suppliers of Teamwear that would not have happened without the credibility of having the office and all that goes with it. The reception/office staff are so helpful, and the facilities in the centre are excellent. If you want to start up a business and have help along the way ABC is where to be.

Great place to do business!
Our team love being at ABC in Alloa. The support team at reception is great and always helpful to our needs. We love the fact that for the important meetings we can hold them in one of the many rooms in ABC which allows us to conduct our business in a professional manner. Long term tenant and very satisfied
Central location and transport links for visiting clients. Excellent facilities and value for money. Friendly helpful staff. Meeting rooms available for tenants FOC. One inclusive price per month. Can upgrade to another space if required at minimal charge. Well looked after grounds/interior - bring upgraded all the time.

ABC is the Business!

First Class Location and great facilities
We rent an office in the Alloa Business Centre and have been here for over 3 years now. We would highly recommend the ABC for all sizes of businesses as they have offices, units to suit all companies! The location is great, ideal for commuters and the train station is within 5 minutes for visitors. Plenty free parking. We use the meeting rooms on a regular basis. The staff are all lovely and very professional, reception can deal with your calls if you are busy! There is even a gym in the Business Centre. No need to travel any further, just stop at the ABC!

So glad we moved here!!
Prior to moving, we looked at various locations but once we'd seen ABC, talked to the informed and helpful staff and compared prices, there was no doubt that we'd found the right place. Since moving here over 2 years ago now, we've been delighted with the services, the central location and we could'nt wish for more supportive and pleasant staff. Over the time we've been here, it's just got better and better.

Professional, courteous and helpful.
I started a new division of my existing business over 7 years ago. I found that ABC offered the best value for money in the area and is centrally located. The reception and administration staff are professional, friendly and helpful, offering every service you can possibly need.

Good value in a good location
The range of services in-house is commendable. Conference rooms of various sizes, mail pick-up, dedicated spaces for recycling and various kitchen facilities. Good support and communication to all tenants. Always a friendly face at reception, willing to help with a wide range of tasks. It makes even a small company look professional when visitors come for a meeting. Even the cleaning staff is personable and friendly. There is plenty of off-street parking and 24 hour access. And the nearest train station is in walking distance.

Worst thing about this office: Rather spread out on different levels with just stair access to the top level.

Glad for the call
I viewed an office at ABC but it was not in a suitable location for our type of business, a few days later I got a call from the staff at ABC and they would refurbish a more suitable office for me, after viewing it was a definite yes and a week later we had the paper work signed and a date for moving in. I can honestly say that I have been totally happy and feel very extremely comfortable her at ABC. I would recommend ABC to anyone well worth a visit and look around.
