Good for small business
This office space would be good for certain types of businesses. For our purposes, one unit would be too small and we would need to rent a couple of units and create some meeting space. The easy-out terms are appealing. Units were in good shape generally. Size and location are probably not for us.

Thee are good units but costly when you start to add all the extras onto the rental price
